Our counsellors maintain clear professional boundaries and will not enter into dual relationships with clients (e.g., personal or business relationships outside of the counselling context).
We collect only the personal information necessary to provide you with counselling services and manage your appointments.
Your contact details, session notes, and personal history are stored securely using encrypted systems.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
